I signed up for full-time work with ARA Recruiting Association in September and I started working with a separate recruiter, which I ask first "was it better to work directly with company or with an individual recruiter". I chose him because he said he would make sure I get my pay. I have hired 3 people and only got paid for one and that was a hire in January that I did not get paid until March. My second hire was on Feb 5th (job start date) and I have not got paid for that person yet. I have inquired about my pay and told him my situation but I constantly get excuses. My phone is off because this full time job that I paid around $300 to get started for has not lived up to what I was promised when I signed up. I don't even want to get started about the 3rd hire because that subject doesn't come up from the recruiter. All I want is my money, this is the only job I got and I am going through serious financial problems and that recruiter has made them worst by constantly making excuses. It has been 100 days since the client got hired and he keeps blaming the company. I can even afford to get a lawyer and I am getting ready to be foreclosed on my home but he still gives me excuse. Recently had my job email address hacked so now my work is limited to what I can do. I am frustrated and tired and all I want is my pay!
