The owner of Paces is not a rational and calm person. This is why they have a revolving door of recruiters who cannot take her mood swings.
I was hired by the owner of Paces Staffing initially as a recruiting assistant, then, afterwards, I was promoted to a recruiter when the recruiter I worked with walked out with no notice. I had responsibility for a number of law firms in the Atlanta area and placed secretaries. I should have known there was a problem with Paces. The staff who were working there when I was interviewed, some had left by the time when I joined. There was a lot of turnover of staff. Many of the staff could not work in the office when she was there. She is very domineering and unethical.
I finally left one day after I could take no more. I was talking to a client and Kay was standing right next to me telling me what to say, as if I was a 9 year old girl. I am sure they were successful, but no amount of money could make me work for a woman like that again.
