My order was for $164.95 plus $15.00 for a banner. Then $20.00 promotional code to be deducted. Total should have been $159.95. There was no mention of a delivery charge so I thought it was all included.
A bit grief stricken from the death of a family member I failed to check their e-mail confirmation which always gives you a total when dealing with other websites.
They charged me $182.95 with banner-no $20.00 deduction, $18.99 delivery and $1.20 Relay! What is a relay? I was charged $43.19 more for this order than I was supposed to be charged. I have e-mailed this problem to them with no response! Never order from Wesley Berry flowers. Bad Business!
