Alfred hernandez Took cashiers check for 54 tables and never delivered tables does not answer phone

In April, Our company paid for 54 tables to be delivered to our Corona, Ca office. After FedExing him a cashiers check for the full amount, he promisted the tables to be delivered by 4/23 and we would be contacted by customer care 24 hours prior to delivery date. We never received the tables and have tried many times to contact Alfred Hernandez by phone and e-mail with no response. To date, we have heard nothing from him.
