I contracted Rick Brown to replace windows in my home on December 1.2011. On February 28th he partially completed the job and didnt deliver the remaining window (s) to my home claiming he broke them accidentally and he was replacing them. He said it would only be 2 or 3 weeks. At the end of the 3rd week I would consistantly call to find out what the status was and he always had an excuse why he couldnt install them but did say the replacement windoews were in. Approximately in Mid-april he stopped taking or returning any of my calls. I still dont have the window I paid for.
