Called last year about replacing defective window, cannot see out of the front window. Sometimes they would call back and sometimes they wouldn't. Since then we have another window that has started to go all brown as well. They feel they are all going to start the same peeling process. Since a couple of weeks ago they told us they would call us to come over and replace the windows. We have not seen or heard from them since. This has been going on since last spring and I think we have given them plenty of time.
