Foleys discount coupon ripoff

Foleys offers discount coupons in the newspaper almost daily. They never required you to bring in the paper prior to this week. Now you have to physically bring in the coupon and almost EVERYTHING is excluded from the discount. Either advertise honestly or don't offer the coupons.
