I bought a pair of black stiletto boots in November for $200. I have Aldo shoes from 10 years ago that have lasted forever. I noticed after wearing them a couple times one of the stiletto points was wearing down really fast and it was affecting how I was walking. I called the store and the 1 800 number and was told I had to replace the point myself. It cost $20. I was annoyed but I had it replaced. A month later the same issue on the same boot. It turns out that the heel is defective and on an angle. But I have had the shoes for two months and I cannot get it replaced and no one will help me. What do I do? Does anyone have a number or email where I can talk to someone?
