Northern Leasing Systems, Inc. Is a provider of leases for credit card machines. After the salesman sold us the deal, we received a notice from the Supreme Court of New York that the company was engaging in fraud. We immediately returned the credit card equipment and canceled the lease and brought our own at 10% of the price.
The company continued hounding us and demanding money from us even though we had none of their equipment and did not want to be bothered by them. They reported us to the Credit Bureau and we saw our credit ruined.
They claim they filed a civil suit against us in New York. We never saw any suit. We live in Nevada.
Then they claimed they had a judgment against us.
Last week they tapped our bank account and Bank of America gave them $3105.48 and in addition charged us $100.00.
Who does Bank of America work for? Northern Leasing or the customers? What a ripoff!
