Billed my phone company for a phone card that I never ordered over the internet

When I received my SBC phone bill, I noticed on page 8 that there were charges for $15.14 for Federal Universal Service Funbd and Savings Pluys Monthly Fee for July 15. When I called the 1-888-480-8724 and was advised that I ordered a phone card. Why would I order a phone card from Tralee when I already have SBC services. Heidi said I ordered same on the internet. NOT I don't know this company, never heard of them (they incorporated in 2002) and which now have found out is a scaming phone company with USBI as their third party billers. I never authorized this alleged phone card and what information was provided and where is this phone card. Why did they charge SBC for these services.

I never authorized. They are a scam business. What puzzles me is that I never requested their services to begin with and yet they have invaded my privacy and my space. I was also informed that it would take 3 to 4 bills cycles to remove this billing, yet they immediately charged SBC for this alleged order which I never placed. The consumer laws are on my side, and not there yet they to screw the customers of other phone companies. I also blame SBC for not looking into this matter and calling me before charges are added to verify that a customer ordered same.

When I requested paper work and further information from Heidi, she hung up. Called back, and she said none is available. Who is stupid? Not me, they are scaming phone company customers to think you ordered something. What a scare tactic?
