Customer service horrible

We arrived with four children to the studio about 5 minutes early.
There was a line of people out the door. Many of whom were pretty
upset that they had set an appointment and were sitting out there for
an hour or more. I checked us in, looking around; I knew there would
be a wait. I wasn’t going to reschedule this appointment because my
four kids were wearing $400 worth brand new clothes for the picture
and my daughters had their hair done for $50 just an hour before the
appointment. You can see where I’m coming from here, I’m sure.
Anyway, we waited about 1 hour and 20 min after our scheduled time to
take our pictures. The pictures the photographer took were beautiful.
I was very pleased with them. She told us that we will be meeting with
another staff person whose name was Cheryl Stewart to pick out
portraits.in the mean time my 2 year old son was eyeing a basketball
prop and the photographer said he could play around with it until
Cheryl called us back. I thanked her and said that was nice of her.

About 15 minutes into our next hour wait for Cheryl, she came out from
her back office to the front desk. As she walked out she saw my son
playing with the basketball. Saying nothing to anyone, she rips the
ball out of my 2 year old son’s hands and says “NO! You cant play
with that! � He immediately starts crying because someone he’s
never met before is yelling at him and snatching a ball out of his
hands. Can you imagine if this was your child?! My husband and I said
nothing. We were beyond irate.

We waited for another 45 min after that and Cheryl finally comes out
and calls on us. She didn’t say “hello, how are you today? � or
“I’m very sorry about the wait�, nothing. She proceeds to show
me the pictures on the computer and didn’t explain anything about
the process at all. Then she pulls out some sort of sales manual and
says this is the package we offer for something close to $400-$500. My
eyes popped out of my head. I asked do you sell them by the sheet and
she sighed heavily and rolled her eyes and said “yeah they’re $20
bucks a sheet�. I asked her is the $400-$500 package the only one to
choose from and she sighed again and gave me the next lowest priced
package. After that I told her I will just purchase the package I
signed up for.

I was extremely disappointed by my experience. I thought there were
some beautiful pictures of my kids. I would loved to have ordered some
of them, but the attitude I got from your sales representative and the
fact that she was so unacceptably horrible to my 2 year old son, made
me not even want to bother. I have NEVER gotten service like this
from Sears. I can’t believe this woman from your studio even has a
job. I am a local business owner, and if any of my employees were even
¼ as bad as that, I would let them go. I also am the organizer of the
directory for my church. I think I will be using Lifetouch for our
church directory in the future. I can’t express enough
disappointment in this letter.
