A plus concrete fraudulant license, requires deposit and disappears! Nampa, boise

I hired Ash Curry from A Plus Concrete Solutions out of Caldwell Idaho to do some concrete work on my new home. He was advertising on Craigslist and i found him there. Claims to be licensed contractor but Idaho contractors board says he is lying. He was wanting to trade my brand new XBOX 360 with Kinect, a custom made gun safe, and $550 to do the work.
As a deposit he was given the XBOX. Then he disappeared. Ad down off CL, phone rejects my calls, Email is GONE, and im out a game system. Im doing what i can to make sure he does not scam someone else but this guy is really smooth. You will not think for a second he is shady.
