*DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT*My nightmare started while I was on vacation in Florida. I decided to look around for dealers of virgin hair and found Myvirginhair.net online. I met with the owner in the TAO apartments next to Sawgrass Mall (for my fellow Floridians). He explained that the hair was virgin, that would behave like mine. I paid $95per/pack of 16 inches.
I have to say that when I opened the bag, I had a feeling that something wasn't right. There was a slight odor that dissipated after a while. There was some grey hairs all over, and it felt weird to the touch. Because I needed it ASAP, I bought it hoping that after washing and conditioning, it would be fine.
I installed the hair myself and tried to wash and condition it. As soon as water touched the hair, I could tell it was a scam. The hair immediately tangled, all the curls were GONE. Even after adding conditioner, NOTHING HELPED. I emailed the owner and called, no response. After several days, I started a dispute with my Bank but kept calling until I found someone.
They refused to give me a refund. They offered me another type of hair that was silky straight, or that I had to wait until they order another pattern that I wouldn't be able to see beforehand.
Thank goodness I have a great bank, otherwise I would be out of $200.
