First let me start by saying I wish I had found this site before I ordered my hair. I ordered Virgin Indian hair on December 3. I gave it 3 weeks (instead of the 2 weeks they ask) before I starting getting worried about why I had not received my hair. I then emailed the company two different times and even tried calling a personal number I had got for Shamis. Not one response, so I decided to contact PayPal. PayPal launched an investigation on 12/28/10 and later that night I receive a email from the company saying that they had fell behind in orders due to a mass amount of orders that they had received all at once and that they were waiting on one last piece. I am very patient so I said that’s understandable (even though I find it ironic that the email was sent after the PayPal investigation was launched) but I did need the hair asap so I asked if that piece could be shipped separate and even offered a second contact as well as asked for a way that I could call the company. Once again no response. I received the hair on 01/08 and I almost cried. I ordered 16”virgin hair, 14” virgin hair, and a 12” closure. The only thing that was correct is the 12” closure. The other packs of hair is NORMAL, REGULAR 10” HAIR (not the 16 or 14 that I paid for), not a wave to it. The texture of the closure is not only nicer (with a slight wave) but it is also longer (this should have been the shortest piece). For $471, I am PISSED. I attempted to contact the company twice and just guess what…NO RESPONSE. Please help, I dont know what to do but I can say think ten times before ordering
