I purchased a 18&20 inch Peruvian natural wavy hair from MARCELLE VIRGIN HAIR. I deep conditioned the hair sealed the wefts and used various types of argan oil on the hair and it still tangled and shed horribly bad. It lost its wave pattern it was ridiculous! I contacted the company via email asking for some advice! Of course I received No Response! I emailed this company NUMEROUS TIMES! No response! I was devastated until I found this page. I felt that even if they CHEATED ME I COULD AT LEAST SAVE SOMEONE ELSE FROM LOSING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! I also contacted the company again and told them I was filing a rip off report (they responded) of course! However they pretty much said I didn't know how to care for virgin hair... instead of trying to rectify the situation they accused me! I responded and told them I have been buying Virgin Remy hair the last two years and every thing that they stated that needed to be done with the Hair, I had done, even after a bleach bath I still had to throw the hair away! I sent the email two days ago and surprise NO RESPONSE!!! Ladies beware this company is not honest and once they receive your money they will stop communication with you!!!
