I have been trying to pay my bill for two days I contacted metro pcs three times and talked to a real person... I think... And none of them could help me to pay my bill. I use the phone for my business and need it to talk to people when they have a problem with my products I have only had one in the last two years but I use the phone to fix there problems before they know they have a problem.
And when I needed the phone most no one could help or knew there jobs well enough to help me and correct my problem. And my phone was cut off when I needed it most. People could not get a hold of me when they needed to they got a message that my phone had been disconnected causing problems everywhere, I had to go down to the company store and pay my bill from there the person behind the counter did now know how to type so I had to do it for them I entered all of my information and did it myself from there store what a joke. I do not know how this company has stayed in business this long, I am going to try to find a new company that cares these people are as bad as at&t and i did not think anyone could be that bad a customer service.
Let's wake up people before you all loose your jobs to.
