I put an order with Keurig on 6/28. They attempted providing it and were defeated therefore it was delivered towards the organization on 7/7. I named plus they advised me they can't simply resend the bundle out that I had a need to spot an entirely new purchase. I did so. Today I've taken care of two requests. I obtained the 2nd order, not a problem, nevertheless I still haven't obtained my reimbursement for that first order. Consequently I taken care of two-but just acquired one. I've approached the organization via mail, no improvement, and never one, two, several, or four calls but FIVE. Yes, I've named five occasions but still no reimbursement. I am just interested if this can be a typical exercise for that organization? I'm shocked at their customer support
