I placed order on 1/10 for grad inivitations and they printed them with 12/11 date on them and the wrong time and say we share the blame 50/50. They promised to replace next day air, never came

I ordered grad invitations on 1/10, for grad date of 05/05 at 10 am. They printed them for 12/11 a whole month prior date to the actual order date itself. I waited 30 years for this day and it was important to me, they promised to send new ones out never did, then promised full refund but I had to wait on new one. I finally asked for a supervisor who informed me that its not their responsibility to print it right, I should make sure they have no Quality control checks and balances and will only split the cost with me for their egregious error. I spent $185.00 total for the highest costing package they had with shipping and handling included, not to mention the postage. She actually told me they would consider a 60.00 refund. I was angry because two separate individuals promised a full refund and now they are back pedaling never even attempted a second shipment and kept promising to return my call. I am upset, angry, and very disappointed in their service.
