I attempted to contract with Lexis Nexis/Martindale Hubbell to provide my firm with a website. Months later the website was never built, other attorneys and judges began to ask odd questions about my practice.
I then discovered the website had been built on the wrong address, since my agreement was that they would take over my previous website, I assumed they had done so and my advertised website consequently expired, leaving me without a website.
The website that was built on the wrong address also listed the wrong areas of practice. After over 50 documented and recorded telephone calls and emails to Lexis Nexis/Martindale Hubbell in an attempt to correct this problem I was extremely frustrated.
I then received notification that they had turned this over to a collection agency, WHILE WE WERE WORKING ON THE PROBLEM, AND THEY STILL HAD NEVER SET UP THE WEBSITE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO.
