My husbands cell phone quit working and we took it to Martins Supermarket in Nappanee, IN. The girl at the Centennial booth looked at it and said it couldn't be fixed. She said it wasn't a very good phone and they don't sell that kind anymore.
I asked her what we could do to get a replacement. She looked up our contract and said that there was nothing she could do about it. Our contract wasn't up until April so if we wanted a new phone it would cost us over $200.00 - a new activation charge and we would have to sign a new 2 year contract.
I contacted the home office to see if they could do anything and they just blew me off with a bunch of corporate babble.
Now we have to pay 60.00 a month until April for a phone we can't use or buy into a new contract with them - like we would ever do business with them again! If we cancel our contract they charge $250 plus you have to pay for the remaining months.
This is definitly a rip off!!
