Smart Start is one of the companies that you can go through when you have to get an ignition interlock in your car. However, I made the mistake of choosing them and they are completely unorganized. They have held up my paperwork for weeks because the ONLY person who can process it went on vacation. Seriously. That's the only reason that I cannot drive right now. I am trapped because I already sent them all of my information. Just stay away and choose another company. Although they work with mechanics across the country, they are apparently a 'rinky dink' company of incompetents in Texas. If you want efficiency and wan to get your license back, definitely do NOT go with these guys. They are a total train wreck. Stay away from smart start!!
