This company takes advantage of people. It is true that people who get themselves into a credit situation are responsible for there own actions, however... It does. It give people such as this company the right to take advantage of that. Not everyone that has bad credit is automatically someone who just doesn't pay there bills.
It's been several years now but we were scammed by these people and almost ended up paying way too much for a house that was in condemable conditions. Luckily we opted out however we still ended up with a judgment on our credit, when I was served notice I personally called Mr. Wells and was told to disregard it was a mistake by our lawyers. Well like a dummy I believed it. Now we are stuck with a judgment on our credit.
I accept responsibility for trusting what this man told me to be true, but I will gladly warn anyone from from doing buisness with this company.
