This company services property managers and Home owners associations to conduct patrol of properties but does not have the staffing to cover the contracted numbers of patrols there clients are paying for. They teacher there staff to lie on reports and say there are there when they are not. Do you consider this a form of fraud because I do. Anyone can write a report or email a report stating they were on your property when they were not. Mangement will lie to you because of the fear of losing your account. If you reply on cameras to prove they were on your property then check them. I suggest a data wand but this will cost you but it is a sure fire way of knowing the patrol officers were at least on your site. If you doubt these statments or believe them to be untrue ask the company to provide you with the last 6 months of the officers route sheets but only give then a day to provide them to you as these are written by hand and can be recreated, if you see a G then the officers was never on your site at that time there fore you are being charged for services not given. This is fraud.
