Pretends to offer a publication directory of businesses and charges YOU for a poorly designed database (using File Maker Pro). I was contacted by a representative "verifying" my business contact information to update their records. I receive many calls of this nature and gladly provide the information as I offer a valuable service.
I received an ugly book with accompanying CD, attempted to find my company in the database only to find that I was not even in the database. I looked at the bill of $390.95 and quickly composed a letter explaining my disatisfaction and sent it along with the book and CD back asking them to remove me from their telemarketing list.
The continue to harass me for $201.00, then $189.95 which I do not owe. They are rude and abnoxious and will not leave me alone.
