My girlfriend purchased a ringtone from their website for her little sister, and we previewed the ringtone from the website for a monophonic phone (Nokia 2260). When the ringtone was received, it was nothing at all like the preview. When I tried to contact customer service through e-mail, the woman told me that I had purchased an unsupported ringtone and would not be given my money back.
I replied telling her that we had purchased the monophonic ringtone for a monophonic phone and to date, still have not received any kind of reply.
