We are in agreement with the other 2 consumers re: the company Relocation time.
When we booked with company, we were told that there was a guaranteed delivery date. But when they came for the pick up they changed the delivery date, made us sign a number of forms and did not give us a copy. They also add on unbelievable extra packing and handling charges and do not tell you how they come up with the final amount. They only take cash and don't even give you a receipt.
The company never responds to enquiries by phone or email and you are constantly kept on hold or diverted to voice mail. They misinform you constantly of the delivery date and never deliver on the day or time that they state.
Then when they eventually do deliver they never arrive at the time they state, they tell you their truck does not fit on your street and you have to find other means to deliver your belongings and they add on extra charges for this. They deliver very late so that it is too dark to check everything and many goods are delivered damaged, or not at all. They also have used many different names and websites under different names.
Since doing our research we have found one reputable company called Metro Van Lines which we would recommend.
