Returned an entire order & had a partial refund in my account 3/21 but nobody read the instructions NOT to send back ordered items. On March 2, I was charged again & the lady who answered my complaint via email said it was too late to stop it now. Today I went through 5 people & still no satisfaction (Sue, Melissa, Candice - so called supervisor who had me on hold for 15 minutes listening to everyone elses conversations & then DISCONNECTED me, Steven and Shauntisha. Shauntisha provided the best information; however, she still will charge shipping charges even though they were instructed NOT to send addditional items. I had to phone the 877 order line I got from a catalog to get a live person as the number listed on my bank statement just quickly rings busy (tried for days)... Not working, I'm sure.
I spent the time to write an email to the executive officers and it wouldn't go — no surprise there either - Chadwicks doesn't have quality customer service anymore. Chadwicks used to be superior to deal with as was the quality and size but they took a major plunge during the years & I have no intention of doing business with them again.
The package received was never opened & it will just simply be returned as refused shipment.
