Best Buy Electronics, AT&T, This store likes to play the run around game in regards to returns. No management ever comes out to help or takes calls or emails. They are well trained on how to avoid taking back returns. Scammed by

I was told I can return my hot spot device if I changed my mind within 30 days. When I tried to take it back on the 29th day, it was excuse after excuse on why I could not return it. They told me they shut off the data plan and number and I would no longer be billed but they could not refund me the 50 bucks. So, I left nowing I was out 50 bucks. 30 days later, I get a bill for 195.00 of continued use of the devise that they shut off???

So back to the store I go. Not only will they not return my money for the device, I am now in a 2 year contract with AT&T who will not terminate the service without best buy sending them a return letter. I have talked with everyone in the store and at corporate. No one cares!!! They all pass the buck to the next department. It is an on going scam to jerk people off until they just give up and pay.
