I recently purchased an all inclusive package from Travelcom in May for a graduation gift. Whenever I called, they seemed to always pack on hidden charges, underlying fees. Conveniently, the dates of travel were never available. Tonight, I try to call and the company is non-existant. All the stories from others who have been tricked sound exactly like mine. I received the fax from my work. I'm extremely upset and want a full refund. I'd take this company to small claims court, but don't know how to reach them!
