On Dec 15 I fell while on vacation in California and broke five upper teeth, dental bill $10,000.00. Had purchased travel insurance upon recommendation by Marriott with CSA Travel Protection. I could not get into a dentist on Dec 16 (Friday) so flew home to Florida on Saturday and was at my dentists's office first thing Monday morning.
CSA denied claim saying dental treatment was sought on 12/19 and trip insurance expired 12/17. The
Policy clearly stated on Page 12,2nd paragraph." Covered Expenses will only be paid at the Usual and Customary level of payment... Benefits will be payable resulting from an injury that occurs while on a trip. "Injury occurred while policy was still in effect.
