Highland moving company in Whitby has the worst customer service! We moved in October and it is now December and they refuse to respond to our request for repairs for items damaged.in addition, their moving quotation was so far off we had to spend $700 extra that we weren't expecting.
On moving day the movers worked until 7 pm and then asked if they could complete the move the following morning. We felt sorry for them so we (foolishly) agreed to this request. They didn't show up the following day so we sat around the house waiting for the truck. We finally tracked them down at 3:30 in the afternoon (a tricky feat in itself) and they reluctantly showed up at 5:30 later that afternoon to complete the move.
There are plenty of other companies out there. Take my advice and stay away from this one!!
