Horizon Cleaning Services has the worst customer service, I asked to re-schedule my appointment and the guy I spoke to says again, I then explained that this is the first time I have ever had to re-schedule, he then put me on hold.
When he got back on the phone he stated my name, address, and what was on my contract from last year, I verified that yes that is all correct, he then says then I guess I am speaking to the right person. He then proceeds to tell me that re-scheudling is going to mess up his cleaning people's schedule, I told him unfortunatly we canot do it at this time.
He then proceeds to ask me why I can't post date a check and let them still do the appointment, I told him I would rather just re-schedule, he then tells me well why don;t I give you a few minutes to think about this really good and puts me on hold again.
When he returns back to the phone he says so what you are telling me is that you want to re-schedule which will bring you out of warranty, I toldhim the lady I spoke to when I intially made the appt told me they will honor my warranty and now since I want to re-schedule you won't he then puts me on hold again.
At this time, I was so frustrated I hung up and called back to see if I would get somebody else, another man answers and asks me what he can do for me I told him I would like to speak to your manager and he says well I handle complaints, I told him who said I had a complaint he then puts me on hold and the other guy I first dealt with gets back on and is raising his voice out me even more then before. Ato make a long story short they are a horrible company, their customer service is horrible, the cleaning service is bad bad bad but I paid for the warranty and now they dont want to honor it.
They are one big scam please do not ever use this company. The guy I spoke to told me he was the owner of the company if he was the owner and that is how he speaks to people then that says alot about the company all together. Rip Off
