OTM — Getting Work - Not Getting Paid

I have done several jobs for OTM, averaging at least 2 a month since September. Unfortunately, I have only been paid on time once (contract states payment will be received within 6-8 weeks after assignment).

I am currently fighting for payment that goes as far back as 4 months. All you can expect from OTM is empty promises and really poor excuses (if you are even able to get anyone on the phone).
