Aum is 100% scam. The bill first started off with $35. Then each month the bill increased by 5 to 10 dollars and Now reached $74. The funny thing is, there was no increase in water usage since we were not home majority of the month but yet the bill kept rising. We plan to move out and stay away from apartments contracted with AUM.
