Avoid dealing with management! After living 15 years Im unable to switch to another apartment.in December I applied and pay $200.00 fee application for transfer and fee to checking my history credit and every time Im calling the management I have been told that they are very busy now and dont have time for me.
If someone knows how I can reach someone from the Main Office, not at Ave. Z. I always refereed to the same person, no matter if I asked supervisor or someone else. If you come in there they treat you as you are visiting a prison, you still have to talk with the phone, behind the glass if you are lucky.
Its really upsetting, my lease expires in May and I dont have clear answer. I think I deserve better after paying my rent regular always in time
