I have never heard of them. Continued to bill me

They said I signed up over the Internet, I have never heard of them. After I called them they said they would discontinue the service and refund/credit my account. Well they did credit my account 1 time but they are still billing me.

This started in April, 04 and is still going on today July, 04.
