I want to share my experience working with Jennifer and Verbal Pet. I utilized her "boarding school" for my 9 month old doxie. Her issues were separation anxiety, housebreaking and learning basic commands. Jennifer kept in SPARSE communication and kept my dog for 3 months.
At the end of the 3 months, my dog was NOT housebroken, had scar marks from a metal "training collar" and was completely infested with fleas. She did nothing to improve her separation anxiety and has not responded to any of my communications.
I have tried to call and email her multiple times to get a refund of my money with NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. I DO NOT recommend this circumstance for anyone. The ONLY result I received was spending over $1,500 and a lot of stress.
I have tried to reach out to Jennifer, and am still trying to get a refund! I have gone so far as to contact a lawyer and am wiling to take this to small claims court. I am also going to let everyone know about my experience - and if you want your dog trained, find a PROFESSIONAL.
