Ordered a lighter from them on March the 4th 2012 and as of today March 20 still have not received my merchandise called and e-mailed and got no resonse

Izippolighters.com has ripped me off took my money and never sent my lighter I ordered, cannot log back into sight, nor can I contact them via phone, have sent several e-mails to customer support and still nothing, they are a RIP OFF stay away from them..
