Ipocketwatches.com, izippolighters.com I orderded a flask as a fun New Years gift in December for my brother. They said they shipped it in February, but to a completely wrong address. They haven't responded to any of my emails or phone calls

Problem:
I ordered the flask in DECEMBER to be a fun New Years gift for my brother. They charged my credit card right away in December. They finally said they shipped something (supposedly the flask) on February 3. They looked very legit - complete with a USPS tracking number. I noticed right away it was sent to the wrong address. They never responded to my emails or phone calls.

It is now March 27. I doubt the "package" they shipped had the flask at all. After some searching this 'business' has other websites too like izippolighters.com and ipocketwatches.com. They all have the same phone number. They need to be stopped and refund their consumers right away.
