We were told by consumer cellular, they were inexpensive, and we would have, quality service. We were told we could raise our number allotment of time at any point we wished to do so.
They do not tell you, you can not have no more than 2,400 minutes no matter what, that if you go over the 2,400 minutes, you will have to pay 10 cents a minutes. How AARP has approved of these people, who take every advantage of the senior people they can, is hard to understand. When you try to get a new service, they lie to you, and say the account number is wrong. They just plain out lie. They use every little trick in the book, to keep you from importing your number to a new provided. They need to be investigated by The Department Of Justice. I still have not got them to import my old phone number to a new service. I plan on reporting them to the better business B
And the Department of Consumer Affairs. Do not be fooled by these people. Do not use consumer cellular.
