Marty Phillips of Gold Coast Piano Service, advertised on the local weekly regarding tuning and Repair Service for $85/- per hour. When he came to my home, he told me that it would take 3 sessions, thus 3 hours @ $85 per hour. Completed the work and gave me a receipt guaranteeing the repairs for 30 days. However 4 days later, I discovered that some of the keys are not working, so I called him up and he refused to come to my place, stating that it would cost me $45 to visit me. This was outrageous and unbelievable, the change of attitude and arrogance this person displayed. He even threatened me that if I called him, he would report me to the authorities. I would suggest anyone to keep away from this man, who is short tempered and blatantly irresponsible.
