The address looks like an abandoned buiding. The other is a PO box.
They claim to sell service manuals for high tech equipment (HP, Tektronix, Gigatronics and similar)
Carla Morris will take your order, will reply once by email "It will be shipped today" which seems to never happen.
She will never answer the phone or give you an update on your order.
After several days you will notice that the order never shows up and if you pay by CC or debit cart then the money will be gone... It is not much usually but a rip off nonetheless.
If you pay by Paypal then you can claim your money after a few weeks of waiting.
