On Saturday, September 24, I bought a set of flats "sneakers" with Saks Fifth emblem in it. Consequently, the sneakers really are a Saks Fifth brand. On Monday, September 26 I used the sneakers to function (Concierges) and my sneakers were actually falling apart.

After-work, I got them back towards the shop and described what occurred using the sneakers to Karla Rubio and he or she stated that they cannot consider them back. I mentioned I'm not looking to get money-back, but only a shop credit or an change to obtain better sneakers. She did not apologize or provide any aid. I expected her easily might talk to a and he or she mentioned you're speaking with one (rude tone). I expected her can there be a store-manager and he or she mentioned hang on and went within the back after which arrived and stated we can not consider them back. I questioned again easily might keep in touch with the store-manager and Karla stated that she currently requested her and and he or she cannot get it done.

Not just did I never reach talk to the store-manager, Maryjane Weber, but I've never experienced customer support this badly. I've previously approached Saks Fifth criticism point nowadays, 9/26 and also the customer support point simply has somebody record the event, but there's no body to speak with. Therefore, used to do not get any support from their website.
