Beware! If you need leads, they will LEAD you away from your money. This company will not accept credit cards, (warning). Pay up front for them to call and record a lead for you. Sounds good? Yeah, until they call outside of your area, don't call for days, wont respond to your emails, and always having an excues.

I paid for 19 got 6 calls in my requested area. (great) the hook. Then a week, then two so??? Now calls outside of my requested area. I calledStop. They did. I emailed to see what we were to do about the 2 calls. No response. 15 emails later, 2 months and many calls. Penny says, we feel those leads were fine, and we will not refund.

Here is my rub. If at anytime in a reasonable time line customer services would have communicated that they would NOT refund call made outside of their contract radius. My requested zip code area. Perhaps I could have crossed the bridge and worked that once outside of my territory.

The customer service is HORRIBLE, the feeling of "I got your money, so there!" Is one that people in business should NEVER project and expect to stay in business long.

I warn any needing a lead caller to hire locally so you can go to small claims court. Pay only by credit card, so you have a dispute recourse, and to NEVER hire YOURADVANTAGELEADS.

After you calculate what they "steal" from you, Is the price you pay for their leads and the hassle really worth it?
