The Customer Service is Horrible. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
My Wife was gifted a pair of earrings by here parents for Christmas. On first wearing the post of one of the earrings broke. We took the earrings to the store to have them fixed or replaced. We spoke with the manager and were told that we would need to have to pay to have the earrings repaired. Since the earrings had only been worn once I told the manager that this should be a warranty claim and that this was a manufacturing defect.
The manager refused to repair the earrings free of charge. Once again I explained that the earrings were gently worn and that this was a manufacturing defect. The manager became extremely rude. I am currently in a dispute with the store.
I told the manager that I would stand by the door and tell potential customers of my ordeal. The manager accused me of threatening him, which I did not do!
Please do not shop here.
