On receiving a letter from international lotto commission stating that I had won 715,810, euros, I had to ring a number to arrange my transfer of money. I was given bank details of a bank in spain to transfer 1150 pounds into their bank to cover costs of receiving my winnings. This was so say to cover tax to their local government tax authority. As I explained to the foreign gentleman I did not have this amount of cash, he told me to borrow from someone or else I could not have this winning amount.
My husband and I were very sceptical about all this and looked on your website, only to find this sort of thing had happened to others, and we now realise that this could be a scam. We have no intention of proceeding with this and advise others not to be as gullable as myself and waste money on a phone call going nowhere.
I would appreciate to hear if anybody else has had dealing with the same problem with these people.
