If you love your pets do not hire this company! I was a client of theirs for many years. Last September they abruptly fired my normal petsitter due to insurance reasons. Seemed odd but they were able to provide me with another sitter right away.in December I installed security cameras on the exterior of my home. One night I running through some of the footage and noticed that the petsitter was in an out of my house in less than 5 minutes. That didn't make any sense to me as I was paying for 30 minute visits. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I started to review some of the other dates. I noticed a pattern that this sitter on average, for the 6 visits I had on camera, spent 11 minutes in my home, keep in mind I was paying for 30 minutes. I immediately called the company to let them know their sitter was skimming time. I fully expected they would be just as upset as I was that one of their employees was ripping them off. It turns out they were in on it! I immediately asked via email and telephone to pick up my house keys as I no longer trusted anyone in this organization. At that point they would not address my request, except to say they would mail them back and charge me $5 to do it! Why would anyone ever drop keys in the mail, that is absurd!
I have three very social cats, 2 are Ragdolls, and I am devastated that they did not receive the care I trusted this company to provide. There is no way that sitter could have cleaned three litter boxes, rinsed and refilled two water bowls, topped of dry food, provide wet food and give any love or affection in 10 minutes or less. If you love your animals you will stay away from this company. I have since found a wonderful sitter who loves on my babies as though they are her own!
