I was a sales rep. For this company, I would receive a monthly check for setting up merchants, to accept credit card payments. After doing business with them, out of nowhere, they shut off my income and gave us a really insignificant reason why. The owner, Winston Sylvester obviously has no concern for anybody else but his own well being. I am working with a much larger and respected company now, and would advise anybody thinking of doing business with this company, to think twice, Mr. Sylvester, has a silver tongue, and is very convincing. I believe this actually has been a blessing in disguise, I have been hearing a lot from my merchants in the past few months, how awful their customer service is, when they call up the home office, all of the employees are very rude and act like you are bothering them. I was a team player with xenex, given these turn of events, I am now on the other team, and will do everything in my powers to spread the word to other sales professionals, and merchants!
