I made the mistake of using Astro Moving and Storage to my possessions from a home to an apartment approximately 15 miles away. It took approximately six hours for them to break two glass end tables, scratch an beautiful oak hutch and table, and misplace or lose three boxes. I'm still trying to determine what's missing, but it appears to be a combination of electronics, clothes, and books.
To make matters worse, I cannot get a single representative on the phone to assist me with this.in addition their claims department is non-existent. They will not return calls or provide any assistance. I made the mistake of paying before checking out everything out, so now I'm also fighting with my credit card company to avoid payment.
This company is absolutely horrible, if you have any attachment to your belongings, do not use this company. I'm hiring a lawyer.
