Smooth talking scam artist talked us out of $1381.00 to sell our timeshare

In October of we recieved a phone call from Shawn Kane representing Resort Solution Trust asking if we would be interested in selling our timeshare, that he had an anxious buyer that wanted to close as soon as possible. He offered us almost triple of what we originally paid for it.

We were told several times that he had a buyer, money was sitting in escrow and he just needed us to give Resort Solution Trust $1381.00 for advertising costs even though he called us.

Several weeks went by, no calls, no emails, nothing, we called him, he said there was a slight glitch in the closing but would have our money in 3 weeks at the latest. We have called several more times, no return calls, and we are still waiting for the money and it is now March
